Bidan: Children of the Silent Veil

Syifa’, the definition of ‘bright eyed, bushy tailed’ young midwife, finds herself transported to 1928 Terengganu by a deceiving jinn. To her luck, she was caught in an intricate web of supernatural, black magic, and the political turmoil of British colonisers. Within this, Syifa’ must use her capabilities in navigating a world drenched in impending war, while finding kinship and strength through the endeavour.
